this is better than before, but it still doesn't read well when small. I'd remove the text from the bottom frame and try to make the CCCA fit in there instead. Also, please try fonts without Serifs as well.

I'm liking this. You can remove the text from the bottom and try to make the "CCCA" stand out more. These logos are going to be presented pretty small, so the text will be hard to read
