this is good, can you show that block with as end grain, and i don't work much with stainless steel, so if the steel could be less shinney. keep going this is good.

I thank for your effort. I don't see end grain in that block, it looks more like multiple pieces put together. I like the solid block look that you had originally. I am looking for the growth rings that you see at the end of a board or on a tree stump. Can you do that?

Oh... OK alright let me do one with growth rings, probably i did not make a good research about end grain wood concept at Google let me try it with your last description it won't be a problem, thanks to you Ben.

Hi Ben it took me sometime taking pictures of growth rings from trees near my house, is not allowed using images from internet such as in this particular case, new entries: #81 #82 #83 #84.

this is much better thank you, are there any other steel shapes that have come to mind for you? maybe we could loose the holes in the steel and bolt the stell to that block of wood. I realy appricate your work thank you.
