On #97, why is the top right background different from the background on the left. Otherwise this looks good. I'd like to see some other variations of this if possible.

I really like #102 but it's a little too feminine for me. I'm not sure what to suggest to you, because I think it's cool the way it is, but it just feels to me it will look a little out of place for a construction/architecture company. Can you try some variations with the buildings?
