I like the direction still. Would REALLY like to see this with no tagline and not entirely all in caps... Thanks!

This is a really different concept from what we're seeing so far. What I like about it is how clean, simple, and strong it is. I'd like to see a couple of variations of it. A couple of things we'd like to see: Color of the blue: 00467e (75%). (But I'm open to seeing alternative color or something that might compliment the color I just noted. Not all caps. No tagline. Perhaps have Constellation big on the inside and move Behavioral down in the line with health? (can be smaller)
