Spell Cox out of Connie like scrabble. Then add realty to the end of Connie. Slogan beneath it. less bird housel, more modern shape and add what looks like a chandelier bling to the jagged end of the key.

Can you put large "C" on either side one facing left one facing right more in the Coco Chanel font for all of it. A little less bird house looking, more modern on the key.

Too much black. Perhaps black when really necessary maybe just text. Softer colors; use a blush pink (pale pink) cream color, soft blue but not baby blue. A water color look font.
