The final files will be send in vector format so you can change the color using compatible program.Ai or CDR etc.
also I'll send you in others format files if you need..

Love the logo, not so much the colors. When I get this, will I be able to change the color? How will I be receiving it, what format? Can I change the colors in photo shop, fill in the skyline if I chose? Are any alterations able to be made in the format your getting the winning logo to me?

apply this scrolly part of the large part of the key to the remaining. I think the CCR in the key is overkill.

Take the CCR's out, move heart down and to the right some.

love the bottom Connie Con ----------realty----------- etc just as it is!

Let's take the CC out of the key and make it the scrolly deal like you did in the original black and gold one. Remove the gray filled in on the skyline and have it outlined only like in #45, move the little heart over to the left a smidge.

I've loaded another quick drawing of where I want the skyline and the heart. with possibility options for the slogan

How about this?

Can you keep this one but do another rendition of it with the skyline smaller,moved down tucking the top tall square of Texas into the skyline., make heart smaller, and move down and to the right

Make key a bit longer, make heart smaller and to the right a bit,
Is it possible to flips this one around and make it the same size as the others?

Do the same with the skyline as the others, smaller, move down to look like the jagged portion of the key., add slogan. Make heart a bit smaller and move it down a bit and to the right a bit.

Put the line under my name and the the slogan

Lengthen the key to the size of the gray bar over Cox. Make skyline smaller, tighter to look like the jagged ends of a key over near the state of Texas . Leaving most of the stem of the key blank on top. Make the heart of Texas much smaller, but noticeable, and move it to the right, not centered. Keep the slogan

Can the key be outlined in black and a filled in with a blush pink?

I would also like it flipped around, love the CCR font in #29. Make skyline smaller, more condensed, and toward the end of the key. More of a script or water color font in the key and the Connie Cox Realty. I like #22's layout for Connie Cox Realty and slogan

I would prefer the key larger then the skyline like #20, skyline smaller, not as tall. Like the CCR in the key and the font.

Move the skyline down (I attached another skyline in images) toward the end of the key, scale the skyline down, A more sexy or couture font for all text areas. Change the star to a small heart just to the right of the second star peak on the right and down a bit. Love the Connie Cox etc. placement just prefer a water color font. If you can make the sphere (Reunion Tower look more like a disco ball I would love it.

Please downscale the Dallas Skyline, in the actual key have the two "C" in a bit more of a Script font. Same with Connie Cox. Can you the star in Texas to a little heart to the right and down a bit from the second star peak clockwise.

I added color swatches to the file. Also, perhaps you can flip the key and in the shaft of the key add the slogan or under Realty add the slogan

Perhaps black when really necessary. Softer colors; use a blush pink (pale pink) cream color, soft blue but not baby blue. A water color look font. Cream background, blush color key, a lighter gold. I would like the scrolly part to have my initials in those circles if possible. Skyline area, please add a round sphere to the top like Dallas's Reunion Tower. A softer water color font for name.
