I like the overall look of your design, thank you! I appreciate the comment about the connecting "C's" as I didn't see that at first. I feel the "H" may be a little too dominate and perhaps there is a way to alter it, just a touch so people can tell it is two "C's" easier without loosing the aspect of the "H" for healthcare - if you are interested.
