I like this design but tend to prefer an orange like ff6801 vs the yellowy orange you used here. Also with the letters "ching" all blue, it sort of makes you focus on that part of the word "CHING". So maybe using some gradient like the "oa" in the other letters would make the word seem more cohesive?
