I like this design and would like to see it in my color palette of orange and blue. I also want to shorten the tag line to read just (stacked)

I like the symbol here as it represents the 2 C's. However, it also appears as an arrow pointing to the left or backwards. Since the goal of coaching is to move forward, the symbolism is off. I would be curious to see how this might look if the symbol was on the right side of the logo and the arrows pointed to the right. We would lose the "C" aspect but I think the forward motion is more important.
