Dental:ismLogo Design Contest

I would love to do the requested revision but a fellow designer already did this idea (logope in his entries 520, 559 and 560). We have a rule here which states that the first designer who introduces a concept has the solely right of using it.

On the other hand, if it was your idea and you asked logope to do it, then it`s a fair game for everyone and everybody can use it.

Could you please clarify if you asked logope to do a tooth with a puzzle pattern in it or it was logope`s idea?
