Pretty close. The red and blue should be continued under the helmet and over the belt. As for the belt, I can send you a more appropriate belt knot pic.

Using this logo but soften the mouth of THIS helmet/mask. Change the blue/red circle to be like the ying/yang of the South Korean flag (without the dots).

I've uploaded a few more reference files for review. The Ninja based stock photo has elements of stylized graphics, none of which we can use but using the method of how it it composed is likely with insertion of the samurai helmet.
