this is better, but the words: Your home has HIDDEN equity.... those words need to quite a bit more bold so they will be easily read by viewer on a web site. The logo, if chosen will be shrunk to probably 50% smaller or 60% smaller....and those words need to be easy to read, even in the logo. (those words are the main message to every fewer

Could you remove the little 'window' looking element in the top and change size of CLS then insert a VERY luxe front door with flowers or greenery on either side as a visitor would walk up. Front door would have the extreme luxe appearance of one of Queen Elizabeth's cottages perhaps. e.g. artic presentation of beveled glass - super luxe. Also I'm thinking remove the green where it exists and make it solid black , same with the wording more bold font with the Your Home has HIDDEN equity thx..
