this entry with dark border around the name to make it more clear to eyes.

I'd like to see a stroke around the COMSTOCK, so that it doesn't get lost in the lights - especially at the top of the letters. I notice the shadow at the bottom... so you're seeing that too.

I do like this better than trying to change the letter shapes.

Not bad. I'm thinking that the "Community Auditorium" type might stand out a bit more if it were Pantone 292C.

I don't know that the M needs to be rounded at the top... I think this could work well without trying to force the shape of the "M."

As I look at this, I can't help but notice that the lights resemble the M... and since there's only one M, and there are two O's... could those lights work better there? I'm struck by the idea that one of these O's doesn't look like the other...

I'm curious to see this laid out in some different ways... The "C" could perhaps be more subtle if it were rotated 90º counter-clockwise?

Would prefer without the external swoosh.

Interesting approach. I'm pretty firm on the colors, however. Green and yellow can't be a part of any final design.
