I like what you have here. Wondering if you could make a couple changes.

1. Transition the pixelated portion of the mark into a solid area. The idea behind this is CW takes the fragmented / broken and makes it whole again.
2. Go with a smoother font and keep it simple - no gears or color variations in the letters.
