Thank you for your feedback and ranking in my designs, I made your request #54 and #53 I modified shape of circle around figure (swoosh). I put the the bottom swoosh in front of head to represent "conversation". Beside that, the figure in the swoosh to represent "interpersonal skill". I added bar chart between the figure to explain that figure talking about business. I made figure "C and flip C". If there is want to be modified don't hesitate to tell me. Thank you.
