Sure thing! Please take a look at #91 & #92. I reworked the proportions of the compass vs the rose to make the icon more balanced overall. I also do think that the icon in orange with orange text works surprisingly well. What are your thoughts?

Can you incorporate grey into the rose so that it looks like the logo goes along with the words? The current look makes them feel disjointed. Also could orange work as the color?
