final files are 1 EPS (vector formatted) you can open and edit use Adobe Illustrator, and also 1 JPEG formatted with white background.
If you need transparent background, you can ask to get .PNG formatted, which the designer can send the additional files directly by email after your contest completed.

This one is perfect! We'll select it as a winner just as soon as I let the owner of the company take a quick look. I doubt he'll want any other changes. When we receive the final file for the logo, will the background be white? We would like to have a transparent background if at all possible. Thank you again for your work!

Hi there! This is the one we are going to go with. Thank you so much! I see that the C in Commonweatlh and the R in Real do actually line up, but at first glance it looks like the R is a little further to the right. Is there any way to make it look like it lines up a bit more? Thank you so much!

Really like this one! Any way to make "Real Estate Professionals" stand out a little more? Maybe by removing the lines and stretching it all the way across "Commonwealth"? Like the one we currently have ranked as 2nd? Thank you!
