We like the layout of this logo, but the font needs to be a little more "progressive" or contemporary and the image is great; we like the "growth" of the images - but we would like to see some other ideas of an icon "growing" or getting larger. The icon and company name need to better complement each other.
For the other two, I would prefer the brandmark to be separate of the acronym. The industry has a very popular CFP designation that could be confusing.
