#4 - I like the color swatch, the artwork is a little too cliparty, not enough chalkboard, font a little too elegant
#3 - same as #4 - swirls a little distracting
#2 - same as #4, not loving the font - something bolder
#1 - same as #4 - too many colors though...

I like the idea of having the wine and cheese there in the logo, didn't think about that -see what we can do to make it more like hand drawn like chalk art...

I will add chalk lines on this tomorrow and look for other fonts or create a chalk font for you.

Here is an update on a chalk line look...I can make the lines thinner too.
Since this style takes a little longer than most illustrations I will wait for your response before I change anything. I can add and take away lines as well as add scroll work around the design.

You are looking for more of an emblem it looks like to me or a design that looks like a brass-like relief plaque..

which would take what I'm doing for you in a completely different direction.

I will work on some others for you before your open phase deadline ends.

I thought that I had uploaded this last night when I finished it.....here is your name more solid...
but on this as well as your initials...they can either be solid as here or similar to the strokes in your initials to look more like chalk

it actually has chalk line appearance on the edges just slightly. I tried a little thicker edge but it is harder to read....could possibly add .01 or .02 if you want more of the chalk edge if you like.
