like the concept for #20 -- since we're looking at brain injury/concussion, i'm not sure if the waves concept fits quite as well for #21/#22
i like the clean feel to #20 -- the full name is a bit long, but if you have time could you maybe try putting the words "Concussion Management Platform" or "Concussion Platform" underneath CoMaP?
