If you have any suggestions on how I can improve the logo I would love to here them.

I'd rather see the "Starz" (which is the team name) under the name of the gym (which is Columbus Gymnastics Academy) instead of between it. A number of the coaches like this design best, but it is a bit "busy" for me.

Opps... #36 also.

I'd like to see the font as in #41, and the stars as in #36

For the "people" in the logo:
The middle person needs to have both legs straight.
The left person needs to have straight legs. The curved back is fine, but the legs need to be straight.

Could you also show me the Columbus with a slightly thicker outline?

#45 - white around Columbus is good.
As you are looking at the logo:
right figure - front toe more pointed
center figure - front toe more pointed
left figure - keep the curve in the body that you had before BUT ADD straight legs with feet together and pointed toes
