this on is close. I received comments about the wave spikes on other logos, so could you close up the right hand side of the lightest blue wave and take away the small intend on the left. It will make embroidery easier as well

the wreath gives the design a more traditional/formal feel which is different that other designs, The large "C" is not necessary to emphasize. I used Columbia to refer to North America. We come from Canada and the United States, but we primarily play in Ireland, Scotland and England. Therefor, my emphasis is on Links Society. I hate to tell good artists what to do but, I might play with separating the word Columbia and Links Society. To build on this I would suggest more formal elements for the water in particular

I like your elements, but the name is too prominent and the I would prefer the name and flag stick in black, the flag in red, and the one of the water swishes a lighter blue
