Dear Ben,
I can't upload designs. You asked me to make a green funnel and increase the name of the company. I made it, but what should I do with that design? I can't upload.
If I do what you are asking now, that design will remain on my laptop.
Only the leading designer can upload designs in this phase of the contest.
Contact support and ask for the contest to return to the final phase. In that case, I will be able to send new designs.
Can I see one with some gators green like one of the other green tornado ..I like the tonrnadk you made but just wanna see a couple alterations and maybe make the name pop more too.
#263
I learned something new :) Here, in Europe we do not have circular winds like tornadoes or typhoons and all the trees are blowing in the same direction.
The trees blow away from the funnel, not into the funnel in most cases..I can even see the other tree but maybe a few more wind blown trees..right idea though!! Lookin amazing!!
Thank you! I made a logo with a different tree. #262.
The logo must encapsulate everything. The logo must look equally good on the lighter and on the wing of the plane. That's why you get the logo in vector format.
I havnt chosen a winner yet but I will soon. Just wanted to say thanks for your efforts and I’ll crown a winner soon. Thanks for your participation thus far. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Good morning. Sorry for waiting for an answer, but it's 6 am here.
I can make all the changes, but I don't have enough time. I will start drawing after my morning coffee, but... There is 1 hour left until the selection phase of the contest. At that stage, only the lead designer can upload a new design.
Can you make the sky slightly lighter and the tornado have a few more white swirls? Your really close to winning this contest..no joke. Just need these changes to make a final decision.
Can you make the tree a little greener and the fires unrealistic. Can you have a small fire in the back like a burning building but a tornado caused lots of destruction and debris..can you show part of a building missing from the tornado? Make it less fire and more debris flying and trees blowing from the tornado
Okay, we'll do something different. Thanks for the detailed instructions :)
I need a few hours for that. I will send the design by the end of the day. I mean, until the end of my day :) We have a big time difference.
Btw, sorry for my bad English. English is not my first language.
Can I see some new versions because I now think the lightning and tornado are not seamlessly and uniformly aligned in the logo. . I also wonder if you could try new concepts because the mountain aka residential roof is somewhat confusing. Maybe you could attempt at a new concept with a very cool blue or green tornado funnel swirl above a city if commercial businesses and trees blowing sideways near the ground. Maybe some cool lightning strikes or one straight through the middle of logo incoming out of the funnel towards the buildings, maybe some clouds or combinations of all of these or some of these. I think you can win this but only if you create something similar but drastically reorganized logo layout. Hope this helps.
I like your line "you’re more than welcome to ask me specific questions about my preferences—I'm here to help!"
I love active clients!
So, if you have a specific idea, just let me know. We can create a perfect logo for you together!
Hi Ben, this is a transparent version of the logo. I will send you a png file in the handover, when I win :))) At this phase of the contest, I cannot send any file.
Please let me present the logo:
The logo is designed to embody resilience, protection, and swift emergency response. Every element of this design carries a deeper meaning, reinforcing the company's mission and expertise.
Symbolism & Meaning:
Mountain & House Integration – The stylized mountain silhouette represents Colorado’s landscape, while the house subtly embedded within symbolizes protection and the safeguarding of homes and businesses.
Tornado & Lightning Bolt – These elements highlight the urgent nature of disaster recovery, emphasizing the company’s role in responding to storms, wind, and other catastrophic events.
Swirling Wind Lines – The two dynamic lines between the house and text represent wind, movement, and rapid action—conveying the company’s efficiency in disaster response.
Circular Shape – The enclosing shape suggests unity, stability, and protection, symbolizing how the company "embraces" clients with comprehensive restoration services after a disaster.
Typography & Colors:
Bold, Modern Typeface – “Colorado Disaster Recovery” is in a strong, sans-serif font, representing reliability and professionalism. The word “Experts” is italicized in warm orange, adding a sense of urgency and action.
Color Palette:
Deep Blue – Represent trust, reliability, and professionalism.
Orange Accents – Signify urgency, energy, and emergency response.
This logo effectively communicates the company’s commitment to providing expert, dependable, and rapid disaster recovery services while paying tribute to the resilience of Colorado communities.
Needs work but good start and whit back ground or less dark of a background that seamlessly inserts in business cards and a website. Let’s try to make the dark backgrounds just as good as white backgrounds..possible?

Also, keep in mind that both logos (this one and #64) can be delivered in black and white.

Should the background be even lighter? Also, should the background be grayscale or some other color (maybe light blue or light orange)?
