I would use the green box to symbolize programming for all ages? Adult programming or something representing our largest demographic group seniors.

With this design you can use it this way as a main logo but also use individual icons separately for other programs.

we are onto something here. This shows all that we are about. Can you make the green one look more like a group of people coming together, make the book a little more elaborate, and add another adult to the "mother & child"

The thing I'm trying to avoid is a generic thing or tree trunk person that EVERYBODY has. Google "generic logos" and you can see what I'm trying not to do LOL

We are moving away from anything abstract. We need to sell this to our board, so what something that is distinctly Collier county or libraries. Love all the color.
