I can't tell from the image here since it is so small, but is there an outline on the text? It looks like maybe there is. If so, wanted to see the logo without any outline. Could you also make the image slightly larger for my viewing purposes on here?

Yes, although it might work better with the darker color on the bottom.

white on dark blue background version

Definitely works better when the logo is dark on a light background. I think the difference here between the white and gray is too subtle.

Also, how would this logo translate to a light colored logo on a dark background?

I really like the gradient effect here, but I'd ideally like to see some very subtle modifications to the logo lines. Maybe less sharp edges or less overall serif in general?
