I thought we had something here. But I think having the Rent upside down distracts from the overall success of the logo. I also think we need some work on the hand. The whole thing looks like an envelope but I think you should study logos that are ranked #1,2,3,5, 6, 9, 20 to help facilitate the necessary changes. Also, please look at the color scheme of those rankings mentioned earlier. I like the dollar sign but we need the working to be much more organized.
