Hello, could you make the dog's head look to the left and his neck should be like the markup to create a letter "C"?

Hello, can you do a dog's head for number 1 and the dog's neck for number 2 to still form the letter c? Like the circle outline should be an outline of a dog's head.

Sorry, I meant the shape of a dog's head instead of a circle in the middle. The encircled would be the neck of the dog.
