Try to change the logo before the words with more coffee looks. But on the other hand the globe is also nice.

Try also non coffee colors (bright).

I like the globe with the coffee bean comming out. If under the globe should be a book, make it more look like a book, but take care other entry has simmilar book drawing.

Try some different color settings. Think out of the box.

or

Coffee is green when unroasted and dark brown when roasted. Inbetween yellowish and light brow.
