Nice change. I like the font. The color is improving. I like the creation of the house, however I don't understand the scroll.

Perhaps we can add splash of purple to add more contrast and vibrancy

Can we find another way to use the key? Maybe some additional revision to create more of a pop. It's slightly too blended. The color is also a bit to toned down.

Great start. Maybe incorporate a vintage book or something representing a "codex" with the key or something symbolizing real estate. Take out the established and date.
