Ok, I have looked at everything and I want to go with this layout, most people picked this logo.
I want to know if somehow we could add a couple seagulls shapes over the I in coastline.. Saw another logo. Liked that had that and that might make this perfect and again might not..
Think we can do that

The feedback I am getting on this is the following
The o with the state of Florida looks like a globe and it's hard to see the state of Florida.
Maybe a light blue around the state of Florida and the Florida a different color..
I think it just needs to refine that portion a little and it should be perfect
