Coach AndyLogo Design Contest

I like black and orange, have dadicated, clear, have power and the 3rd for dark background

I just need to decide which verison of of the 3 logos I like better.

A little too abstract.

Can you change the Coach font to the the font from #180

Updated Ideas. Helping others succeed in an image. Captured in a logo.
Or a logo with someone succeeding or reaching a goal. A symbol of success. Overcoming an obstacle. I.E. Climbing a mountain, crossing a bridge, reaching a destination, a map to success, a compass. An idea where someone can get from "HERE" to "THERE".......This is a good start. PS. I'm not a suit and tie guy.
