I like the first. However, would like it better if we could remove the graphic, white background, remove the line at the bottom and have the CMO letters one color no fade.

Let's work on a few more without where chance meets opportunity - I want that removed from the logo. No graphic. Let's play with the colors a little bit. And let's try having a little space between the big letters to make it easier to read from farther away.
