I enjoy the use of the martini glass in the M but the line accents make the logo too busy.
Also, I think different color choices would be wise.

Entries 6, 1, 2, 3, and 4 do not convey the professionalism, high class, and quality this client requires.

Please understand that this is a high end event planning company. The logo needs to look very elegant, strong, and be upscale.

The versions convey you have submitted look web 2.0 in style. Keep in mind that this is a high class company and the logo needs to luxury.

Entry 27: The color choices are too light and the orientation of the symbol should be at the left side of the text on the same line.

Entry #56 - Please show what this would look like on a black background.
Also we would like to see the M in a lime green color and the C in a magenta color.
