ClubIT Should be even smaller, Don't really like the Proactive font and I still don't think the A really works.

I think you're on the right track i.e. making something of the A, and sticking to the theme, I think Proactive should be the larger part of the logo but, that's the focus, ClubIT isn't really the focus we're attempting to push a sub brand, like for example how Google has Pixel as a separate brand.
