Hi, and thank you once more for all the feedback throughout the contest.
As you previously asked about how each phase works, I just wanted to let you know that in this stage you’re free to select the winner at any time, if you wish. You can also request updates or changes from the designers.
About the changes in the future. I don't know exactly what do you mean... we still have some hours, and after some days to select the logo and we can work here.
We can adjust the font anytime, not problem for me... do you prefer a bolder font ? ligther ? or maybe you have a favorite font ?
You can check if you want dafont.com... there you can check how CLR can be in different fonts, and after I can tweak with the swoosh.
Hi, not problem :-)
I sent #477 with the black shadow and using black instead dark green like here.
I understand that is difficult to see the difference, for that I sent #478 to show you the difference between black, that I used here, and the dark green that I'm using during all the contest... at the end you can choose the one that you want... usually black gives more contrast.
I removed the entry because the comparisons are not allowed here, but you can click over and see it... if not, I can send to you via PM, let me know with a PM.
Hi! No problem at all—happy to help. At this stage (Finalists), all designs are visible to everyone, except those that have been withdrawn by their creators. Only the top 5 designers (not 5 designs) are able to submit updates. However, you can rearrange those rankings and invite different designers to make changes if you wish. You're also free to select a winner at any time. Additionally, you can send private messages to any designer and have one-on-one conversations if needed.
Hope this clarifies things! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi,
This logo is versatile and adaptable to various applications (multi-purpose). Here's the one-color version... It's particularly useful for merchandise, engraving (metal or wood), screen printing (serigraphy), laser cutting, and other applications.
Thank you! I selected this font based on prior experience—it embroiders cleanly and maintains a strong visual presence. Intricate details can occasionally cause issues, particularly on smaller formats like polos or hats, where they may result in unintended effects.
Hi
The dark color on the octopus is a dark green, very dark, actually (note: sometimes the colors seem different on each screen, iphone, tablet, pc, mac)
I will change, and I will try with more outlined font, not problem.
Hi, the idea was to develop a concept around an animal capable of managing a wide range of options. The octopus was chosen for its reputation as a highly intelligent creature.
I sent #331 using a putter, also I changed the dark green for a more darker green that also I used for the ball and the slogan. I did to use just 3 colors, not 4 (removed the black)... more easy to embroidery.
Here a version with 8 golf clubs, but in my opinion is too much busy... I can use more detailed gold clubs, but as I know that you want to embroidery the logo I used a more minimalistic graphics.
Hi, Thanks again for the ranking.
I sent several options for your evaluation, trying to follow your comments.
Please, don't be worried to classify as Not Interested if that is not what you wanted, it helps to me also to know what is the best.
And don't mind to ask about any update or change, or any combination.... I sent different variations of colors, fonts, etc.
I sent some versions with different tones of green and also some golden colors, together with black and grays that are the most used and recognizable for golf logos... but if you have any suggestions I'm totally open.
Thank you so much for the opportunity, the ranking, and your thoughtful comments.
Just to clarify, the suggestion not to share with others is actually aligned with how the LT rules work—so I’m happy with how it’s being handled.
I had already tried adding more golf clubs to the design, but it felt too cluttered and busy. I’ll give it another shot, perhaps with a simpler octopus concept.
Thanks also for the golf-related insights! I must admit I don’t have much knowledge in that area, but I appreciate the guidance.
I’ll be sending new versions soon with different font options for the text. Just a quick note: due to the time difference between Europe and the US, you might receive updates with a slight delay.
thanks for the feedback. I didn't realize the ranking was so important. I like the owl idea and that made me strat thinking about the animal thing. Any chnace to make it a chameleon?
Hi,
I guess that you know that during this phase of the contest, only designers who are currently ranked are permitted to submit updates or new concepts. As there are no rankings visible at the moment, it seems that participants who have already submitted the maximum of five entries are unable to share any further updates or refinements to their designs.
I mention this because I, along with possibly other designers, have new developments we would be eager to submit if the system allowed it. We appreciate the structure of the contest and simply wanted to raise this point for consideration.

If you'd like any further adjustments, just let me know
Here I used an owl as a symbol of wisdom and vigilance. These are the fundamental qualities required for the making of good decisions.
