...version on dark background is just one of the logo variations that have a practical use (web, print, embroidery, etc...). I'm presenting all of them for this reason, since logo must work well in all these cases,...especially if you're going to use it for embroidery (it's a technical thing related to actual production). Hope this little analysis helps.

The back ground isn’t a deal breaker but I do think it looks better on black

...one option with cleaner/modern font, easier to embroider and clearer when scaled down, without any blurry segments,...version for black/dark background on entry #480, and monocrome black and white (negative space) on entries #481, #482.

...still maintaining those 6 arch/sun segments coresponding with club types, but red flag might be more eye-catching and better integrated with other colors. Also, everything is clear and nicely readable, without blury spots, even when scaled down, or embroidered. Thoughts? Thnx

...exploring slightly different color selection and larger subtext...if the embroidery is one of the main practical applications, larger/clearer forms are advisable. Version for black/dark background on #454, and deliverable monochromatic black and white versions on #455 and #456. Thnx

I like the black background. The one with the clubs just seems busy and would be more challenging to get embroidered. Like the additional carry loft roll on the bottom.

...one more option without specific designation for the clubs.

..version with the hole/flag at the center,...tagline variation on #306.

...framing the CLR segment for more focus on it. Probably the best balanced option so far. Thnx

I like the arc at the top, just curious if we could add some of the concept of what club they would choose. slide the flag to the leftabove the C. some how can you add letters numbers under the arches? P,PW,8,6,SW,LW? Not sure how that will look or fit.

Also,...there is a limit of 5 upload slots, that I've used already. Ranking (anywhere) would make it possible for unlimited entry uploads. Cheers
