Eps file I sent you has four separate objects: lantern, sunbursts, text and tagline. You can easily move them around, scale etc. File I sent you is very simple and clean so you can edit it even with an old computer and old version of AI. Please let me know if you have any troubles.

Actually could you provide me with a version with edit-able text so I can make alternate logos. Landscape logos etc.

I'm uploading requested revisions. When adding dark background with bright color logo the flame appears as dark so I mostly tested reversed colors for the logo. (Great that you use Illustrator as you will be able to make full use of vector files.)

I've made print friendly revisions. This one has a bit thicker line than the rest of the batch.

We really like this! Could we see it with a more simple font as well as a version with less lines or details? Thinking if we got it embroidered on a hat or something they couldn't recreate all the details.
