the plus to use was about more, addition of, grater than and less about medical. we are technology delivering health care education to nursing students. this is why we posted tangram shapes as one of the concepts... many shapes making 1 image or pattern. hope this helps and look forward to your continued participation.

we like the use of negative space to create the + sign but the text and icon seem disconnected... and the slogan doesn't fit the layout
