Do you think you could have the circle in a more japanese aesthetic like in the attached photos?

do you think you could add the emoji to the right of "health" and under "clever?" I love the design.

Would it be possible to keep the circle shape but instead of a line have it be a pattern, and to see if adding the clever emoji inside the circle?
