Discussion

I was on Google last night and found a Seafood Restaurant called "Blue2O Seafood". Kind of a similar idea to ours with the play on water/H2O. I like the way it looks on the side of the building. I am looking for creative ideas on how to play this logo. Drop the Cleanse... Hydrate... Energize... for now. I really want to see the logo design without that I think. There have only been a few that look good with it anyway. I may come back and add it, but without the ... at the end. Don't get so caught up in my earlier instructions. I am not an artist, that is why I am posting on here to get someone's artist mind to see what this could be. Remember, we are a cleansing and detoxification spa. So it needs to be clean and simple, but look elegant and also have some femininity as well. Our target audience is mainly women 35+ and then athletes next. I am torn between a high 2 and a low 2 so use your judgement as you build. Thanks!

Try this... I was using a handwriting font messing around and it looked really good. I did Clear w/ a capital C and lower case lear. Then I made the 2 on an angle so it faced opposite of the r in clear. Then the o was back to normal. I used a blue but made it a darker blue gradient so it looked like each letter had water in it starting lighter and then getting darker at the bottom.

BTW I don't like the l with the oooo like that, but I like your style. Just feedback on it. Thanks

I updated my profile and uploaded a PDF of something I did so you can sort of see in my head. Hope that helps.
Thanks

Feedback for #22:

1. I like the layout of this design but it needs to be simpler
2. Looking for a more cursive font for Clear2O
3. No need for the bubbles
4. Clear2O should be all the same color

Thank you!

Thank you for all of your submissions. I've pretty much knocked most out and have really identified what we want. I've attached a link to 2 pictures but let me explain what they are.

1. The first is a pic of a design that I really liked. I liked the way the water line runs through the letters and the colors. I also like the exact placement of the bubbles and the crispness of the bubbles themselves. I like the font. I like almost everything other than the fact that the 2 be lowered down and some other tweaks which you will see in the next pic.

2. The next pic is something that I designed (so don't judge it). I am not a designer, but I was simply trying to show what can be done as a possible solution to taking the 2 and lowering it so that it resembles the H2O symbol. My idea was a thin line or something like that to keep the continuity of the design. If not, the words cleanse, hydrate and energize drop and it looks awkward. Don't worry about my font, color, the bubbles, etc this second picture is simply my best try to show the designers what I want.

Check your private message for the link...

I am extending the contest. Hopefully you can "see" what I "see" now with the pics. I really like the bubbles from the pic that I sent, where they are, and the crisp look of them. Also, I really like their font and the colors so hopefully you can match it up perfectly.

Sorry for so much info, but I am trying to be as clear as possible. Thanks. Also, my Skype address is glen.crawford12 if you want to Skype on it and wrap this up. My email is glen_crawford@me.com.

Thanks, Glen
