Ok one last change I think! Lol can you put pools and outdoor living on one line all caps but leave everything else the same. And then on another one leave as is but take away the dashes next to pools. Thank you!!!

Okay we really like this. Is it possible to see it with a) no grass b) pools and outdoor living on one line with no dashes on the sides c) with the rainbow red sun coloring like u posted in your other submission d) the subheading in all caps and in all lower case?
