On the bottom, just put "Cincinnati". eliminate Ohio.

I like the way this is developing. The colors are appealing. The bridge has very good detail. Is there any way to make the boat a bit more prominent. Maybe a little bigger or pulled forward a bit more. Or, center the boat and diminish the bridge slightly.

I am liking the blue sky and the round "patch". I'd rather see green on the boat instead of on the bridge.

Maybe pull the boat forward or bigger or diminish the bridge. Bigger boat/smaller or lighter colored bridge.

In this case the boat is too big. I do like to see the bridge in the background.

I like this. I would like to see the boat look more like the boat in the photographs. The boat in your first logo looks more like the boat that I use.
