Can we try a gray or white for the color of "Leadership Partners"? I'm not a big fan of the current shade of blue.

Also, if I move forward with this logo as the winner, will I get this version and the white background version or just one of them?

Thanks for all of your work on this. I am really liking the progress. Do you think there is an elegant way to put a path on the mountain as if showing the client the "path to the top"?
