I really like #182 but could we perhaps see it in more of a burgundy? Maybe even a slightly darker grey? I like that the "&" is in the darker tone of the colour. Perhaps you could have the tag line in the lighter tone of the colour?

Also with #187 could we have both names in grey and just the "&" in colour but with a lighter version of the colour for the tag line?
