I am finding it difficult to pick between this one and #298, I like them both

I feel like putting the oak leaf there makes the letter D a little harder to read.

I like the way you superimposed some of the symbols in both your designs.

I'm not sure if trying to add the biohazard symbol would help or if it would make it look too 'busy'.
