I like the serif font - not sure about the beach image. We need to convey something about conversation, bringing different perspectives to the table.

What would this look like with a serif font?

This is really nice - clean, simple, and the font is appealing... I'd love to see some variations on this. Maybe some different composition/layout of image and words?
