Can u please put the dark areas of the icon in the same color as city? And interverti colors on city and all?

And without the cloud?

With no background please, it should still look like a conversation bubble!

Could you please try to remove the upper part of the square (above the base line)? And move the large pointer to the left, and the smaller to the right, on the edges of the city baseline?

could you try something else as well. make it more 3d like...

could you try to reduice the thickness of the contour.
and maybe try one with the contour being more rounded and less squary... maybe the geographical pointer more visible.
and remove the slogan, and diferenciate the font of City from All
