I just upload a version with hills, ....one of my ideas for the "values" logo was the hills with a tree instead of the 3 persons banner, and the park emphasis with a family instead of the 3 persons banner, for the "vision" logo.
You should rank 5 different designers in top 5 so you get more designs.

Can we make the buildings smaller? We do not have large buildings like that. We have a lot of trees and parks. Can we also make "Mission" a bit smaller, and increase the size of the mission statement?
