This is an improvement - I would like to see some alternatives with the font and also some gradation in the colors like you had in #21

This is a nice concept and the colors are nice. the motto around the circle works well. #21 has a nice design of the slices. generally I would encourage you to be a bit more vintage and to bring more prominence to the image compared to the name of the company.
