Like the font on the black text - it's easy to read. The logo makes it look like a "global" company, which we aren't. We don't need any reference to fruit, trees, etc. The name Citrus is in relation to our business address. Try something along the lines of a contemporary building structure - but not peaked roofs. Something streamlined.
Entry 26 - you're bringing the brief more together now, ie incorporating commercial property and removing the fruit reference. Really like it. Can we look at putting some of the green into the word Citrus, but just subtly?
Entry 17 - Want to get away from the "citrus" look - can you take the leaves off the logo. Also can you submit one that is more square and/or building oriented. Like the fonts and colours. Thanks.
Erik, can you pls look at #17, my concern is that i we remove the leaves it then looks like a green golf ball or an international branded company. Like the simplicity to read as a logo
#17 - like the look of the squares, but could you amend to make it into a square or building shape? Want to get away from the ball look. Change the green font colour to a toned down shade of green. Thanks.
Ok, here's where I'm at. I'm going to bail on the golf ball, it's just not going to work in any capacity for your business, unless you decide to branch out to golf course management or design.
I did do a revision to the 6th ranked design #32 , which is #167 and I think this is a VERY strong candidate. I initially wanted to subtlety use more rounded elements as kind of a tongue-in-cheek play on citrus fruits and I think it covers this well. Not everyone will get it, but that's kind of the fun part. The colors look great, it's very unique and I think it makes a strong statement.
I can still submit revisions on any of my designs while the contest ends, and after it goes into final judging I'd have to be moved to first in order to upload anything. Just let me know what I can do.
